4th of July

For the 4th of July, we stayed in Texas, but went and bought some sparklers. I tried a new thingy on my camera, and the pics were absolutely awesome! Enjoy!

Pretty Views

This isn't really a post, but I thought that they were to pretty to keep to myself.

The valley we were hiking in.

Flowers by the lake.

If you look really closely, you can see white spots at the top. They're mountains goats

Hello boys! (Nathan: left, Brandon: right)

I think I could've smiled better.

Chubby Cheeks

This past week, we went to Colorado to visit Jon's family, and have a family reunion before his parents go on their mission. Jon's sister's son (Morgan) automatically wanted to hold Aaron.

Lights, Camera, Smile!

I think you can figure out why I called this post "Chubby Cheeks." Aren't their cheeks just the cutest things you've ever seen?

I wonder what's in there?

My anxiety is growing.

Here it comes..............

Aaaaaaah, isn't that cute?

The Chicken of Doom: Babes

This was a long time ago, but I thought it would be cool to share. Kathy's sister, Emily, lives in Virginia, and they decided to come down to Texas to visit. Everybody was super excited! One of the things we did was go to Babes, a restaurant out in the middle of nowhere that is super delicious and fun. You can check out their website when you click here. It's a pretty cool place. Emily has 4 kids: Addison, Jonah, Porter, and Zoe. It just happened that while they were in Texas, it was Zoe's birthday, and Zoe got to wear the chicken hat at Babes. We all had fun, including the dads (Jon and Christian). One of the main attractions at Babes is the giant chicken. We all love to take pics with it outside. HaHa!!! Makes you really crack up!

Happy Birthday!

Well peeps, we are happy to announce that Reagan is officially 7 years old!
Reagan wanted his usual birthday dinner consisting of pizza and soda. He wanted a jello cake, instead of the usual chocolate or vanilla cake. Kathy made layers of different colored jello, than topped it off with whipped cream. It couldn't have been better.
Reagan got a brand new Wii game, Six Flags Fun Park, and it's always being played.
Happy Birthday Bud! We love you so much!

The Weekend of Craziness

To start off our long adventure of seeing family, we had Kathy's brother, Chris, come into town. He brought their whole family into town on the way up to Tennessee. We haven't seen them in a while, so it was good to catch up. Although the age difference was large between Brandon, Cami, and Courtney and their cousins, Chloe and Ella, they had so much fun together! And let us not forget Reagan and Spencer, the 4 were just peas in a pod. On Saturday, we took everybody horseback riding. They all had so much fun (as shown). Surprisingly, Chloe and Ella were super happy about the riding. They laughed and laughed, and had the biggest smiles on their faces. Now that is true fun!

Courtney trying to accommodate with a girl in her lap, and not being able to reach the stirrups.

The next day, we decided to bless Aaron, since Chris would probably be the only family member in town on a Sunday for months. Before church, we decided to take some pics. Our first pic as a whole family. Aaron may be small, but he makes the family a lot bigger!

King of the Lawn Mower

Jon finally decided to let Brandon learn how to mow the lawn. The lawn mower looked huge compared to him. We had to laugh!!!
