Utah: Provo

Well, the summer trip ongoing forever posts have begun! We took a trip down to (I mean, up to) Utah, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, and Colorado. In about a week and a half. I think that's a record. Especially with 6 kids, (not mine, Mr and Mrs), life can be EXTREMELY chaotic on trips like these. Might I just say, I'm surprised Mr and Mrs didn't go insane. I just 'bout did. Well, the first pit stop was in Provo, Utah. The hometown of the BYU Cougars (my WILL BE future college, aka, home). And yes, sorry all you ute fans, but we are PROUD to be loyal cougar fans. And we ain't changin' anytime soon. Mrs brother and sister-in-law, with their three girls, Chloe, Ella, and Hadley, live in Provo. Actually, approximately 2 blocks away from BYU Campus. Pretty schnazy, eh? I think so.
We started off by hiking up to Bridal Veil Falls the night we got there, just to stretch our limbs out. And might I tell y'all, that place is gor-geous!

We than proceeded to walk around BYU campus, which is also gor-geous!

I don't why, but doesn't this picture just crack you up?!

And than back to Mrs brother's house to hangout.

And than Hadley was blessed at church that Sunday. That was a  tightly packed  2-3 days. But let me tell ya, there is SO much more to come. :)

Happy Birthday, R!

So, it's that time of the year, AGAIN! R's birthday! He's always had a knack for.....odd cakes. Ex. Hot dogs and fries, pizza. Tell's ya a lil somethin about him, huh? Well, atleast, from my point of view.

Sharkarosa

So, Sharkarosa! Basically, a teeny zoo out in the middle of nowhere.......where we are :) So, voila! Mr. had a Groupon (aren't we fancy?!) So check it out we did :)
We went on the safari/train ride. Where we sat there. And pet large animals. In the shade. Can't get better than that, right?

Ok, so, it's been like, what? Forever! Sorry, crazy life. ;) Well, today I shall entertain you with probably.....a MILLION posts (jk). It's Thanksgiving Break, so I will be spending time...catching up on my loss of sleep from the past 4 months, reading (one of my all time favorite hobbies), and blogging :) Whoop-dee-do! So.....may I present, the Piano Recital. This was back in.....June (sorry). All of the "older kids", a.k.a. Bro, Sis, Urban Cowgirl, and R, all take lessons. So, enjoy!

Big Boy

Bebe turned 1 on June 8th, a few weeks ago. He got a few presents and fell in love with them immediately. He also had his very own cake, which he totally destroyed. Overall, I think he had a good birthday. :)

The Beginning

The End

Ice Cream

Bebe ate ice cream for the first time a few months ago. Jon wanted to feed it to him, as he has fed every other child they're first bite of ice cream. At first, Bebe was unsure of the ice cream, but afterwards, kept coming back for more.

South Padre Island

Although we took this trip to South Padre Island in November, there's still no reason to not show all of the pictures, right? Well, we had a whole week of for Thanksgiving Break, so we thought that we should take a trip down to South Padre Island Texas. The scenery there was beautiful, the beaches weren't crowded, the water wasn't very cold, and the temperatures were just right. We all were very amazed that you could see Mexico from the beach. You could literally see all the buildings that were on the coastline from where we hungout. SPI is that close to the border. It was freaky, but almost amazing at the same time. :)
